It seems like this is possible, however, unlikely.  Here is a

You cannot actually have your period when you are pregnant. Having a period means shedding the uterine lining, which would cause a miscarriage. In some cases, there is bleeding during early pregnancy, however it is not a period.

If you do have bleeding after having a confirmed positive pregnancy test, it is highly recommended that you see your doctor.
