A healthier retline

My daughter uses retline , but she says it sometimes give her headaches, I want to give her something healthier for her concentration problems. What can an home made or natural ritalin substitute ?

Soem people say that Ritalin craetes a similar chemical reaction in the brain as caffeine... maybe you should try giving her a Coke?

I'm no professional, but I think if you tried a herb or tea, (you'd have to do a little research or go to a store that sells vitamins and minerals) then it could help. Also if you do a search on retline on the internet you might be able to find something. Best of luck.
