Well I would have to say that, that statement is false. A healthy diet and regualr exercise will improve your health, but it also makes individuals live longer which in the long run cost the health care system MORE not less.

You will be healthy, if you know some tips to make your health wealthy. It involves lots of personal issues to make your heart stronger, You should not be sensible for that. Lot more are there, if hard to be healthy 100%.

But exercise and diet will help for sure. . Get some more tips from http://way2health.net

It is depend on what kind of healthy foods you eat and what kind of exercises you do, it will cheap if you choose cheap healthy foods such as banana, bengkuang,  carrot, and others cheap foods. It is same thing with the exercise, if you do exercise regularly at home, or not at the gym for example jogging, swimming at home or at the public area etc.   With those activities you will improve your health, and also lower your health care costs.

Yes.  This is true.  I have been a daily exerciser for twenty years and the blood pressure and heart rate are perfect.  When I go to the doctor my doctor beams at me when he takes my blood pressure stating he wishes all his patients had such great numbers!
