I think that when it comes to the age process, we can only try to take precautions in order to prevent premature signs.

In my opinion, wrinkles are part of aging gracefully (I heard this in a commercial:o). We can try to lead a healthy and active life and take care of our skin(with whatever products work for us). Legend has it that in Asian countries people consider ginseng as a natural option for delaying aging signs such as wrinkles. Nowdays, people even consider surgery to get rid of them as once they have appeared they may be difficult to make disappear.

How visible aging signs are in a person, may vary, as I think our genes and environment factors play a major role in this process.

The fact that there are so many different creams, salves, muds, etc. on the market is an indication that there is no effective remedy. Probably the best way to deal with it is to accept it and grow old gracefully (if you are fortunate) and maintain a kind look.

Although we cannot cheat Father Time, there are some things you can do to minimize and help reduce the signs of wrinkles. For example, the sun is largely responsible for the signs of aging. Therefore, it is important to wear sunscreen daily, rain or shine. Diet and exercise also play a part. For further information, take a look at the 7 Steps to Natural Skin Care.
