It's not the mountain we conquer... but ourselves

I think they are totally OK, but I don't think it's a good idea to eat a ton of dairy all the time, and take the pills all the time.  Just pick meals that would totally be shame if you had no dairy, and take the pills so that you don't experience a lot of pain.  I would also talk to your doctor about it, just to see what he/she recommends.  Good luck.
