While figuratively you would lose weight if you just stopped eating, you wouldn't look like you lost any because your body would bloat at some point, lowering the amount of food would work best because your body is used to receiving more food and would burn off excess fat to get the extra energy it is used to.

Read the book Rational Fasting by Arnold Ehret. if you stopped eating & just drank water, every health problem you put your body through would go away(even food addiction). Learn what real food is while doing this process because the naysayers will be flooding your eyes & ears with the whole 'protein' & 'carbs' crap. An electric body needs electric food.

no you wouldn't as your body needs food for energy and other things so you would feel very tierd and weak but eventually you will gain some weight and bloat out.

Well you will also need to do some excersize. Not eating just wont do, then when you do start eating, you will gain all the weight back.

when u want to lose weight u have to keep focus on ur goal and eat what u suppose to keep the right food to eat otherwise it will never work unless stress comes in the way.

stop eating to lose weight it hard where ur enegry if u stop eating.
