Based on the details you have provided it is going to be difficult to provide you with very good answer. There are many factors involved when deciding on a diet. One of them is your medical history and I am not sure it is something you want to post here. A good way to loose weight is to start exercising. Combine a 3 times a week , 1.5 hour plan with a good food plan. Consult a dietitian for the right diet for you. Do it slowly , the slower the better...

Start by not eating anything after dinner. At all. And dont eat after 6pm. Next thing... drink 8 glasses of water. Try and do some excercise if you can ( walking running pilates weights) and you'll be 10 pounds lighter in no time. By the way.. don't smoke weed !That will definitely effect your weight.
