Does it make it difference to eat your fruits and ...

Does it make it difference to eat your fruits and vegetables very fresh! and raw? And how much difference will this make if I keep a strict veg. diet supplemented with veg. multi vit. wat. and rice milk. and whole grain breads and mixed nuts.(no meat)

I think it's important to know that after you buy the vegetables and cut them they don't loose their

nutritious traits. Here is a great article on how to  choose the products you buy.  Yes after a plant is picked it does start to loose it's benefits. The fresher the better. I think you can live well without meat , you are not the first person to do so . Though a frequent blood test will be needed to see whats going on. After all the human species is a meat eater...

Yaronco if one would need a blood test, then that would admit a danger and a lapse in reason.  Vegans are usually either too far or too thin.  It won't kill you, but I do not believe a pure Vegan diet is the healthiest.  I would avoid eating red meat more then once a week however.  I would recommend eating as much fish as possible, but with the mercury scare and other pollution issues that is getting hard.
