I have been drinking crystal Light Green tea and white tea. Does one get the same beneficial elements of drinking tea in an instant form? Id bag green tea better?
I'd go for the loose leafs ones which are a bit more expensive. It's made from unbroken tea shoots, called tea flush. They are usually handpicked and handfired on the same day, then stored away from oxygen and moisture to keep fresh.
The bagged ones are made tea dust, low grade tea that is too broken to be sold on their own. These broken leaves lose their freshness quickly.

Crystal Light is made with artificial sweeteners. There is controversy as to whether these products are safe.
The most useful would be tea made with loose leaf tea. It is not at all hard to make and contains many anti oxidants that are beneficial. There is also the added benefit of drinking it without any added sugar or using honey which has some healthful properties.
