Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

You should consult a sleeping lab.  This science made a tremendeous progress in recent years.  I don't want to frighten you but it could even be dangerous (fainting, and even more.....).   Please don't neglect it.
Best regards,

I was late for work this morning, because I got stuck in Zeno's paradox

What you're describing is a conditon called sleep apnea. It can lead to high blood pressure, heart attacks and more. I would suggest consulting a doctor, there might be something you could try before going to a sleep lab.

have a great day!

i hope all is well with you

i have the same promblem. sleep apnea i suggest you go see your doctor and ask for a sleep monitor test. that is what i did. they gave me a oxygen mask to put over my face when i sleep. its helps you breath easier and you get better rest.  please go see your doctor asap.

Snoring is a sign of cardiac disease. You should visit cardiologist.

CPAP machine will fix you right up, plus lose some weight and you will stop snoring.

GET A SLEEP STUDY!! SEE A DOCTOR....specifically a pulmonologist. you do not need to go to a 'sleep lab'. you can get a sleep study done at most hospitals.

you most likely have sleep apnea and need a CPAP to help your breathing during sleep.

lena: SNORING IS NOT A SIGN OF CARDIAC DISEASE.

mactheknife: this person NEEDS a sleep study first. if a person knows that they are having episodes of not breathing during sleep, 'trying something else' is not an option. oxegen deprivation to the brain is obviously not a good thing.

please see a doc, best wishes.
