I know this is too late, but I'll put in my 2 cents worth incase someone else needs to do that. Try eating just raw veggies, green, orange, red only, no yellow or white stuff. No breads, no mayonaise, no dressings, no creamy stuff, no gravy, no rice, no potato products, just Brocolli, carrots, celery, romaine lettuce, peppers, and a little olive oil (or a Greek olive oil dressing is ok without feta cheese) No dairy either. Jello for a snack or treat, Lots of water or zero calorie drinks (coffee, diet drinks ). Don't eat it all at once, snack on them throughout the day. Graze... and praise at the end of the week.
