Hi Angie. You didn't say in your question how your eating habits are. Eating a diet high in saturated fats and cholesterol can disturb one's natural bathroom habits. I would start out by making sure I'm getting 3 or 4 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Also, lay off processed foods, fast food and anything that has a high fat content. I would also do without any type of beef for awhile. That means no burgers or steaks for awhile. Stick to lean chicken and fish. And make sure you're drinking plenty of water, at least 6 to 8 glasses/bottles per day. Also, start eating yogart, if you don't already. Yogart has healthy bacteria which is extremely good for the stomach and digestive process.
So, to sum it up:
1. No processed or fast food.
2. No beef.
3. Plenty of fruits and veggies.
4. Plenty of chicken and fish (not fried, broiled or baked).
5. Plenty of water.
6. Eat yogart.
By following these tips, you can get back to a healthy digestive system.
