Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

Yoga, meditaion, music, vipasana, a walk in the nature, good time with your favorite friends, a good book, love (give and accept), 1 hour at the sea shore, fishing......  Choose what fits you best.
Best regards,

Journalling, singing out loud :), aerobic excercise, talking about what's bothering you with a *really* good friend or family member, getting involved with an activity you enjoy, do something caring for someone else without expecting anything in return, look at your to-do list - see whats overwhelming/stressing you out - either get it done and over with; or see if someone can help you out with it so its not as overwhelming. Most of all don't give up on trying to figure this out. The fact that you're asking here is a good sign..

Live life to the fullest.

I personally enjoy reading as it calms my mind and takes me to another place. Walking is also very good to calm the mind.

Try taking Saint Johns wart. It is a herb and it works great. It is also the only product that is clinically proven to work on all three parts of the brain.

Realize that you cannot be everywhere, and cannot do everything, or know everything there is to know. *I* believe that there is G_d, and that only He can know all. Once you accept that, you will find that your mind will calm down a bit. My girlfriend, if one can call a 47 year old a

Girlfriend, says to me that I should 'take a chill pill', once in a while. I printed it out, and put it on my computer monitor as a reminder, a reminder to not get too concerned about the urgency of the here and now, but rather to think more in terms of doing what is right, for yourself and for others. As often as you are able to.
