A foolish heart will call on you to toss your dreams away, then turn around and blame you for the way you went astray. - Grateful Dead, Foolish Heart

You really need to see your doctor right away and to stop working out until you know that you are OK.  That is far from normal and you really need to make sure that you don't have a serious problem.  Good luck and take care of yourself.

this is an example of the kind of question you shouldn't ask on Yedda.  I'm a slacker not a doctor.
