xoxo, it sounds to me like you are more of an anorexic. Your advice is not good, because it sounds to me like you are starving yourself. Your body needs at least 1,200 calories to keep from going into starvation mode. Your body also needs some kind of carbohydrate so you have the energy to do the things you do. Do you eat fruits and vegetables? Those have fiber in it, and fiber is a carbohydrate. Not only that, you get other benefits as well--vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. Do you drink water? If you eat protein and carbs together in small portions then you will feel full longer. Starving yourself by eating only 200 calories a day is not the right way to go.
