"The Best Is Yet To Come"

A:

Dot a little old fashion hemmoriod cream under your eyes.  It

actually works for a temporary fix.  For a permanent fix, only

surgery will work....sorry!  The cold eye mask that was previously suggested will help...then before you apply your

makeup, use the cream.  If this is really a bid problem that

causes you distress, I would advise the surgery.  It's nothing

to be afraid of...many doctors have a free consultation and it

might help you to decide just how much of a problem it is,

by visiting one.  I live in a large city and many cosmetic

surgeons have special mini-seminars where they talk about

their specialities and actually some give out "goodie bags" and

one even had a lovely sit down dinner!  Check with different

ones and see if any offer seminars for prospective clients.

Good luck!
