A:Are you drinking caffeine/eating too much sugar in the afternoon. That can definitely disrupt your sleeping patterns. Also, if you're stressed out about something its tough to completely relax and fall into a deep sleep. You might try going home and journalling, writing out everything you're concerned about and then coming up with ways to solve/attack those problems. If you try modifying your diet and de-stressing and that still doesn't work check with your doctor..its always good to be on the cautious side if you're concerned about something.
