Check with physician to see if you have diabetes or sleep apnea (do you snore?).  Also, if your leg(s) move a lot when in bed, that is likely 'restless leg syndrome'. All of these can be treated with medication and apnea with a CPAP or BiPAP machine.  Also go to bed at about the same time each night - same with wake up time.  Do not eat late at night and avoid caffeine or other stimulants after dinner.
