A:i have a belly fat not so big but something i'd love to get rid of... i "earned" it due to long hours at my computer and less movement. so i started brisk walks after my work. i'll get down few stations before my apartment and then walk.. so from my own experience i didn't really lose belly fat but i noticed that it helps me control my weight... so the verdict is... it needs more exercises than brisk walks to lose belly fat... ab exercises, jogging.
