If you could see what I've seen with your eyes.....

It means straighten up, of course!  Seriously, it probably means that you have congestion in your sinuses and it is causing pressure when you bend over and gravity affects the congestion.  Did you also want to know what to do about it?

It probably means that you have some sinus headache, or maybe it is what is called orthostatic hypotension where you get dizzy when you stand up because your bloodpressure lowers.

i'm thinking that you're getting a quick rush of blood to your head.  like when you stand up to quickly and feel dizzy?

It may be a sign of a sinus infection or sinus pressure.
