for the past few months i am having a problem. it seems to me that i have suddenly lost all interest in opposite sex. feel like i have gone impotent. adding insult to injury is that im always depressed and lost due to this feeling. this happened suddenly and i cant find a gradula decline in my libido (means no physical causes involved probably). in the start of this year i went through a great emotional disastor, i was cheated by the girl i loved. then in february i had sex with another girl and felt that i had no interest in sex that day. probably this shock has made some bad impact. please tell me how to come out of it

I think that you might just be in a bit of a decline from what happened with your ex girlfriend. Sometimes things can affect our bodies in ways that we would never think. There are two things that could happen for you. The first is that you might just need time and eventually things will start to happen for you again. Or maybe you just need to meet the right person to help you break this. Don't worry yourself too much. I'm sure that it's nothing long term. I'm really sorry about what happened with your ex though. Just think positive Smile .

Happy Valentine's. Play us a rose, you're organic, man.

Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.

I shamelessly copied this list from the Mayo Clinic's website. (Have you ever wondered why there is not a Mustard Clinic?)

  • Loss of interest in normal daily activities
  • Feeling sad or down
  • Feeling hopeless
  • Crying spells for no apparent reason
  • Problems sleeping
  • Trouble focusing or concentrating
  • Difficulty making decisions
  • Unintentional weight gain or loss
  • Irritability
  • Restlessness
  • Being easily annoyed
  • Feeling fatigued or weak
  • Feeling worthless
  • Loss of interest in sex
  • Thoughts of suicide or suicidal behavior
  • Unexplained physical problems, such as back pain or headaches

I call your attention to the symptom that I italicized. Be sure to deal with physical and spiritual issues, too.

When you are a rejected it is quite possible that you can go though the symptoms that you are experiencing. Do not let them get you down but rather look forward to finding another partner that you can have a deep and intimate relationship with.

For some men the sexual experience is part of deep intimacy, as opposed to others who are like dogs looking for a bitch on heat, and when the intimacy is not there, there is no real interest and so arousal does not occur properly.
