A:Hi Shakeel, a healthy diet and regular excercise are essential, you only get one body and no matter what anyone tells you there are NO QUICK FIXes that dont have consequences. Eat balanced meals, snack on fruits and veggies and get some excercise even if its just walking 4laps (1mile) 2 or 3 days a week- it really makes a difference in the long run. And isnt that what we all want - a long run- a long life- a good life!
