The most important aspect of good health involves the mind and the individual's habitual way of thinking. This habitual way of thinking affects all aspects of one's life including the quality of food and other sources of energy which in turn directly affect an individual's health.

Hi Shakeel, a healthy diet and regular excercise are essential, you only get one body and no matter what anyone tells you there are NO QUICK FIXes that dont have consequences. Eat balanced meals, snack on fruits and veggies and get some excercise even if its just walking 4laps (1mile) 2 or 3 days a week- it really makes a difference in the long run. And isnt that what we all want - a long run- a long life- a good life!
