How do you treat your arthritis?
First it depends on what type of arthritis. There is osteo and rheumatoid. They have their own type of treatment. Osteo is the most common but rheumatoid is not far behind. An X-ray is the step # 1. to determine which one is it. In the early stages both will respond to cortisone treatment. When we know, then the treatment ranges from anti inflammatory pills to surgery. Some times arthroscopy can give you a few years of pain free lifestyle. I would be happy to continue when I know which one was diagnosed.
