My popas" head started itching real bad this ...

my popas" head started itching real bad this morning, soon after under his eye"s,the back of head, and lips started swelling big!!! he"s hard headed and is not going to the doctor until later today.i"m so scared for him. he is diabetic and on medications. any idea what this might be caused from??

I think you should get the doctor or an ambulance to come to him. That way he has no choice but to get medical attention. His symptoms don't sound so good to me.

Gossipgirl is absolutely right! If this is a serious allergic reaction, he may not have the time to wait to see the doctor. I would call the rescue squad right away! Good luck to both of you!

 

I had something similar and contacted a specialist (Dr. Alan Kaplan) in Mt. Pleasant, SC and associated with MUSC. It was finally diagnosed as Urticaria and after using heavy doses of antihistimes it went away but the itch was terrible.

I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.

I hope his problem has been diagnosed. Has it? How is he feeling?
