I have been exposed to a high amount of mold while ...

I have been exposed to a high amount of mold while trying to clean it up. I didn't know I had to wear a mask, protect my eyes or hands. I just washed it with a sponge, soap and water. I now suffer a shortness of breath and chest pressure. I told my Doctor about it during my annual physical exam but she didn't pay any attention to it. Any advice?

Yes, check out the official US government health website for more information about mold and health hazards. I've heard of your problem before, though it has never bothered me to work in moldy environments.
