Both my niece and nephews have recently had ...

both my niece and nephews have recently had chicken pox and had spots appear all over but my daughter has just got 2 spots which have blistered does it mean she has chicken pox but just a mild case

The same thing happened with my child when she was about 6.  Then at 12 she got it again this time full blown!  So I would say, she probably just had contact with a blister but not during the contagious stage which I believe is something like 24 to 48 hours.  There is this really cool websit call WebMD that has great stuff.  Check it out!
