Cholic is the repeated crying of a healthy baby younger than three months. In order to check if it happens due to hunger, try to feed the baby whenever he or she wishes to eat and not according to a fixed schedule. Try to check if he or she has ear infection. And then try to follow any pattern in his or her crying - you might reveal certain circumstances which always make him or her crying. If you bottle-feed, change your baby's feeding position to reduce air intake, or change to a milk-product free formula. If you breastfeed, eliminate all milk products from your diet.
