But - knowing what drugs are you talking about, how long were you consuming it, what is your phisycal condition, and many more details are needed to give you a much more accurate answer.

best regards and good luck

A diet consisting of raw foods and a lot of water for at least a week is a good way to detox your system. Use your blender or have fun with eating all your favorite colorful nuts, fruits & veggies! Eat small amounts often to keep yourself feeling satisfied. Good luck!

Veggies and Liquids are great tips, a couple more I can add to the remarks above are:

1. Exercise.

2.Sauna- short sessions in low temperature to promote sweating.

3. Sleep- maintain a healthy schedule with the normal time to sleep.

and here is some more info on passing a drug test:

It's not what you take but what you don't take!

You dont say whether the drugs are of the prescription variety ot not but the technique of detoxification process is basically the same,

Start with an enema and a three day juices-only diet.  No solids whatsover.

For the following four days add hot cereals, boiled vegetables, cooked fruit and soft boiled eggs.  At least one tablespoonful of Olive Oil daily andf a weekly enema. Follow this diet for two weeks.  Thereafter gradually add poultry and fish.

It goes without saying that tea, coffee and smoking are stricly forbidden.

Take a regular dose of Thuja 6 (Homeopathic) each day.

Good luck!

Cranberry juice (100% with no added sugar), vinegar, and lots of water has worked for me in past drug tests.  What works best is not to do drugs.  Good luck.

Detox is a long process, depending on various factors. Unknown is the extent to which you abused your body. Daily life habits will also contribute to the state your body is in.

There are many formulas available, but non as effective as the one I have used myself.Paiducha

The marvels of this herb are unknown in the West, and although there may be many critics, doubtful questions, I say this : Thousands of years this herb has been used. Without side effects, no danger to your health if taken according to recommendation.

Whilst I agree that fresh fruits, vegetables, lots of water, will contribute to a healthy organism, and helps also to a certain extent to detoxify, the process is a lengthy one.

With Pai Du Cha you would go twice daily for 2-3 month.

The whole issue is, whether detoxifying is needed in any given case.
