Answer 2 out of 2

A:

Rolfing is a manipulative therapy called Structural Integration developed by Ida P. Rolf. Through a series of ten sessions the therapist manipulates the soft connective tissues in a way that lengthen the tissues, giving more space for the bones to move into a better alignment. The resulting changes are profound including relief of chronic pain, improved posture, better breathing and ease in movement.
