If you don't know the answer - browse the Chinese Herbal Medicine Guide

Hi,

 You can try several things:

  • Mix: 1/2 a cup of boiling milk and 1/2 a cup of cold soda. Drink slowly.
  • Warm a cup of milk and add 1 spoon of honey, then drink (can also add butter).
  • Cough treatment: boil 5 garlic cloves in 2 cups of water; take the cloves out and drink up the warm water.
  • Make an eggnog: Mix an uncooked egg yolk with a tablespoon of sugar, add hot milk and drink.
  • Eat fresh and dried apricots.

I am sorry to say that there are no herbal solutions to gout. There are foods you can eat that can help. Try this article

I would agree with the chamomile tea on this one and see if that works the throat and cough.  As far as I know there is little you can do herbally for the gout.
