It would really depend on the cause of block.
Either the tubes are blocked due to an anomaly or disease or these can be due to iatrogenic cause like tubal ligation for family planning.
Various techniques available are
1. Surgical reanastomoses for the cases of tubal ligation.
2. Some times a diagnostic procedure like HSG or SSG would open the tubes and no further treatment is required.
3. In case the blockade is due to inflammatory condition like Tuberculosis or PID, the appropriate treatment may lead to the opening of the tubes.
4. In some cases the surgery may be indicated.
5. Then you have these alternative methods of massage etc about which I can not comment.
6. The last resort may be to go in for IVF, in case nothing has worked. Here the ovum is extracted directly from the ovary and is fertlized in vitro and then reimplanted in the uterine cavity.
