i m 40+ i'm having some kind of wounds in my feet but they are very moist n some of them have small pores.. these wonds r n't healing plz .. suggest some medicine or any kind of home remedy ..
I think the best thing to do would be to go to your doctor or to a podiatrist. I'm sure that this is something that has happened to many others before and you can get rid of them and not have to worry about your problem anymore. It's worth it to get something prescribed by your doctor. Good luck.
First go see a doctor. It sounds like you have athletes foot. You can buy a fungus creme at the drugstore for it. But the problem could also be more serious. Diabetics have often open wounds on their feet that won't heal.
You also might try to give your feet a bit of sunlite (use a tanninglamp)
