Am 57 years old paying my own health insurance at kaisser for $439.00/monthly, what is my situation in universal health care...Am I still going to pay this monthly under universal health care ?At kaisser Permanente.

That is the $64,000. question! No one knows what the politicians are really doing. Have you ever know a POLITICIANS to PLACE THEIR CARDS FACE UP FOR ALL TO SEE? Of Course not. Obamanation is underway!
If this is the only amount you pay, now, for Healthcare - consider yourself fortunate! My spouse carries insurance (group) and has been employed there 17 years and we pay $910. monthly and the company pays another $1700. to the insurance carrier.
