How to preserve honey from turning to sugar

because of its high saturated sugar conent it can be stored for longer period,honey dont get contaminated quickly,only problem is with ur flame method,there is other problem when there is more sugar content it pay way for bacterial growth,so dont consume that product,u can recollect honey and store in well tight jar.dont stop taking honey it is equal to 40 orange.half kg egg,etc

If your honey has crystallized, simply place the closed container in a pot or bowl of warm water and allow it to sit. Add more warm water as needed until the honey is back to a liquid state.

It does not affect the quality or taste at all and it doesn't take long to liquefy.

Please think the other way round: Only genuine pure honey crystallizes !.   If the producers adds artificial stuff it does no crystallize.   So the real question should be: "What to do to convert the crystals back to pure honey ?".  The answer is simple: put the close container in a pot (or dish) filled with warm water (But if the honey is in a glass jar make sure the water are not too hot ..... cause too high temperature can crack / break the glass).

How long can you keep honey?  If you had a jar in the cabinet for a year, could you still put it in the warm water and use it again?
