1. Talk yourself out of a panic attack.

If you sense an anxiety panic attack occurring, call a family member or close friend for support. Talk to them about the cause of your stress and ask them to help you think positively about the situation.

There are many breathing techniques to help a person overcome anxiety. Find on that works for you and that works quickly in stressful moments.
7. Use the countdown method.
One of the oldest and most effective methods to overcome anxiety is the countdown method. You can try counting to ten, counting to twenty, or counting back down to one from any number. You can also incorporate your breathing techniques to also aid you in dealing with an anxiety panic attack.
