Well first of all,  are you feeling non energetic?   If you are,  how old are you?  Something medical could be wrong with you.  See your doctor.  Let your doctor know and he or she will do tests.  If there is nothing physical,  then maybe you are mentally down.  Look at your life and have a positive attitude.

Hello Chandra, Have you tried yoga?  We do yoga twice a week and there are stretches, positions that allow you to do them while sitting at a desk or in a chair.  It is relaxing and once you get the swing of the breathing exercises the fresh oxygen to your body should help to revive you as well as relax you.  I am doing vinyasa yoga which is a flowing type of yoga, but I also attend chair or milder yoga classes.  I find it gives me a greater awareness everyday and also helps tremendously with my mobility.  My joints don't ache everyday.  I also subscribe to Yoga Journal and read it cover to cover.  Check this out as it is helpful and can be done anywhere you are you don't even need a yoga mat for some postures.  Good luck

Eating well, excercise, listening to your body, meditation and above all else, positive thoughts.  A good book I am reading about how to turn your life into something joyful and positive is Positive Energy.

Take vitamins, eat food that is good for you

Smile -what we put into our bodies has to nourish us, if it doesn't have some sort of nourishment -don't eat it (except for that very occassional treat).  Also drink plenty of water and get at least 8 hours of sleep per night.  After all this is in place, begin to exercise gradually.  You will be amazed at how much more energy you have all day when you've implemented an exercise program of even 20 min per day.

The best way to do it is spend an hour in silence everyday. Introspect, connect with yourself ans see what wonders it does to your mind and body.

When you connect with yourself within silent surroundings, you get answers to all your doubts. Your mind is clear. Your confusions go. You can be more enthusistic and energetic if your mind is clear and happy.  Mental health is the first step to physical health.
