Just whining this time, folks...I'm just so tired ...

Just whining this time, folks...I'm just so tired of having nothing, never catching up....I've been on Social Security Disability for over 4 years, and it isn't expected that things will ever change. There's a big time bomb in my head, and just one bleed will probably kill me. Sorry, I'm just really sad right now.

Here's the thing. I'm in the same shape you are. And I'm very thankful I get SSI. But it's okay to be sad, it's okay to cry, it's okay to be depressed. When you're sick, people don't understand that that becomes a central part of your life and thought and concern. But somewhere in there you have to have days of joy and happiness and pleasure. You really do have to find a balance. Find some things you love to do, that you're able to do. Things that bring you pleasure and happiness. I know, it's hard, but you're still alive and that's better than the alternative.
