and no, we didn't need any medical help other than my doc's suggestion to use an over the counter product called 'clear blue easy'. it's an ovulation predictor. Your chances of conceiving are slimmer after about 35 but you still have a decent chance. At 30, I think a reputable doc would not suggest medical intervention until you had been trying for a year...or at least a few months.
