A little may be good for you as anxiety is a normal reaction to stress. It helps one deal with a tense situation in the office, study harder for an exam, keep focused on an important speech. In general, it helps one cope. But when anxiety becomes an excessive, irrational dread of everyday situations, it has become a disabling disorder.

But if anxiety is controlling your life and affecting the way you make decisions it is important that you learn to control it. You may also find that professional help is needed as it can cause many health problems.

If you feel that your anxiety is out of control please seek the assistance of a professional.

Here is the link to a free e book for you on how to eliminate stress and anxiety from your life. http://confidentlifestyle.com/Documents/Stress%20e%20book.pdf

This is the direct link and please feel free to save a copy if you so desire.

Good luck and best wishes to you.

Your creative mind is your ticket to greatnesss.

Even though anxiety gets a lot of bad press, anxiety holds some functional value. Learning to avoid harm is necessary not only for surviving in the face of basic threats, but also for avoiding more complex social or economic threats (such as enemies or questionable investments). In other words, enjoy life.
