I want to be extremely thin.
Problem : i'm not very skinny. Im niether fat nor thin. But i want to be really thin. Although i know they are really not the right ways to get there, but i often starve myself and if i eat, i throw up. i know its just not good. im not a compulsive bulumic person but i do throw up at times.
Then at times i have these urges to eat alot and not care about the calorie intake.
How should i detach myself from such unnatural patterns and also in the process get extremely thin ?
