what is going on with a cop -if he follows you for 8 miles from a us highway to a side street then pulls you over at the end of it all you get a summends for court for a cracked windsheild?
This is a very strange situation. I don't understand why he didn't just pull you over straight away. Did you find him to be a bit creepy when he stopped you. Do you have his name? I think you should call the police station and report it. Just tell them that you do not understand why he pulled you over the way he did and it made you feel very uncomfortable.
YES i did ask him-he stated he needed an unconjested spot to pull me over-he had me do a dui test-then a search of my car my purse my husband even got patted down.. I told his partner this was insain and asked my husband to call the police!! the cop said iam a cop-and and started reading me my rights i asked why i was getting arrested he said no proof of insurance-then he searched my car-- 1hr 15 min later he gets me out of the police car un hand cuffs me gives me a ticket for a cracked window and no insurance and lets me go..his name was j.connor
Wow, have you reported this to his station? This does not sound normal at all.
