Ask your doctor for a NUVA Ring. This should control your periods, when that's under control ask your doctor about IVF.

Go to your local health department.  They have someone there to give you a physical and answer your questions.

My wife has PCOS. Lucky for us we live in Israel where they have socialized medicine and a population made up almost entirely of Jews and Muslims who both believe in having lots of children.  When you do go for treatment keep in mind the Dr. will be controlling when you get you period that's all part of the treatment.  As I understand it in the States it cost about $20-30,000 so for that and many other reasons you want to have as much chances of success as possible and in our experience the most important thing you can change is your diet, CUT OUT ALL white flour and sugar they are poisen for average people they do havoc to people with PCOS and whatever you do have faith that you will be a mother a neighbor of ours who has the worst case Iv'e ever seen that it's obvious to anyone who knows the symptoms she has it PLUS her husband has his own fertiliy issues just had their second child

NO. Once you start treatment - everything will be OK. For now you can use birth control pills to keep your cycle regular until you go to the doctor.
