When it says in a bottle of pills: Take capsule each morning with breakfast. Does that mean that I have to take it before breakfast or after breakfast?
I'm the type of girl who will burst out laughing in dead silence because of something that happened yesterday.
I think it's always better to take any medication (unless otherwise told/indicated) with some food in your stomach. Some medications can really tear at your stomach lining and give you an upset stomach that will leave you in the bathroom for hours.
