What Is Causing Twitches In My Lower Left Ribs?

For the past two days I have been feeling a twitch in the bottom right of my left ribs. It's almost constant but every once in awhile it will go away for a little while. Also last night when I was trying to go to sleep I kept getting very hot almost like I was sweating but wasnt actually sweating. I am a 30-year-old female and I do have generalized anxiety disorder. Should I be concerned aboutths?

I would watch this for another day or so. If it is still happening, I would go to the doctor and get a professional opinion. This doesn't sound normal to me. Best wishes and hope that everything is ok.
