I have a Dell Dimension B110 PC with 1 gig ram. I ...

I have a Dell Dimension B110 PC with 1 gig ram. I had Windows 7 installed and it now says I need a new video card. I have a AOC 2219S-1 19 inch monitor and the desktop type is too large and and I am unable to get a view of the whole screen. What card would you recommend? If I can update the card will I be able to still use the Dell or will I need more updates? I would like to still be able to use the Dell.
