I am going to be 30 years old in 1 month. I am having troubles with my handles always shaking or trembeling. I first noticed this problem when I was about 18 years old & I was working as a Nail Tech. My clients would notice my hands shaking allot. But I would never mess up when painting nails ect. Over the past years it kinda went away or I just didnt notice it. But for the last couple months I have had allot of people notice my hands trembling or shaking. When I am at work I will try and hold a paper in front of my boss to show him something but my hands shake so much Its emberessing. I cant even take good pictures because my hands shake. Allot of my family & friends seen to be concerned more so laterly. I guess Ive just gotten used to it. I am on allot of medications such as: Adderall, Xanax, Klonopin, Seroquel, Hydroclorothiazide, & Prozac. Although I have had the trembeling long before I was ever on any of these medications. What could it be? My hands sometimes hurt allot, could it be Carpultunnel?
