Very creative, I love it! 
I would say use Harry's glasses and cape on the Ninja Turtle's shell. The Jeti is the most difficult... You could sew some fake brown fur onto his sleeves and pant legs, you should be able to find it anywhere that sells fabric, sounds like a fun challange... Good luck!!!
