When I was your age I did not know what to do with my hair either. I spent 30 years with semi-curly unmanageable brown hair. I found a hairdresser one day that got out a flatiron and straightened my hair. I could not believe how great it looked on me. I went out and bought one and even though it is work to get it done, it lasts for days looking good.
I am not saying to go out and straighten your hair. What I am saying is go to a good salon and have them look at you, your face, your hair, check texture and color, then find out what looks good for you. Plus this is all just temporary as you get older, styles change and your mood changes so it is an ever changing process.
No matter what you do... look natural at it. If your hair and make-up look too artificial you will too.
