Its all about the hair its hard to love ure hair so much and all of a sudden it disapears

i had really beautifull long curly hair and it was so health and shiny all of a sudden i had low iron and it all went really thin and its dry and frizzy i am so upset if i ate alot of iron foods and i had alot of iron in my blood would my hair be back the way it was please answer this question ?

    my hair was so nice and in a short amount of time it was al gone

 would it be back if i had good iron levels in my body.?   how can my hair be shiny when it is dry at the moment.  ? it is also frizzy and i have been resting my hair from mousse gels  and electronics how can i fix this frizz problem

The fact that you suffered from loss of hair due to lack of iron, doesn't mean that you would be able to regain it if you'll compensate for it now. How long had it been since you first started losing hair? regaining it by nutrition might be a long process, and you have to be patient about it.

hello thankyou for your answer i started loosing my hair two years ago and people used to keep telling me that its because i have really low iron but now it is realy thin and u can sought of see my sculp and its kinda scaring me it just keeps getting thinner woul it be back if i ate or is this the way its gonna stay how long will it take to ragain my hair by nutrition can my hair keep being thinner because of the streightener and mousess gels etc i also used to use them so much they were part of my life i used to use them everyday would that make my hair go thinner and now i am resting my hair from all the electronics and products

You may be suffering from alopecia (don't freak out, this is very common during and after pregnancy, it may come with age, or you could have a fungal infection). Your hair is directly effected by genetics, your diet, and how you take care of it! Maintaining a healthy diet and caring for it properly (not using harsh chemicals- y containing ammonia, bleach, etc.) should help it grow healthy. To speed up the process of its growth don't be afraid to take prenatal vitamins, these can be taken even when you're not pregnant or nursing!
